Merry Christmas Everyone!

Dear Bloggers and fellow crafters
Apologies for my extremely long absence.

I am typing this with my face practically pressed up against my laptop screen as I had a MS relapse in November and I have been blind and partially sighted for the past SEVEN (going on EIGHT) WEEKS and therefore have not had any time to craft or do anything remotely enjoyable.  As a result, I have not been able to write any Christmas cards this year (let alone make any) so I am taking this opportunity to wish all my friends and crafting colleagues a very Happy Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to all.

With love and best wishes

Hello fellow crafters
It's been a long time since I was on here, April in fact! What on earth have I been doing you might ask? Well, I have recently rescued a Beagle called 'Ruby' and she's a year old. Wanna see a picture?

She was given to the National Animal Welfare Trust because her previous owners decided to get a new puppy and the puppy didn't get on well with Ruby so they gave Ruby up.  How sad and irresponsible is that?  Fortunately, I saw her as soon as they brought her in and three weeks later... she was mine.  We bought her home on the 19th July and it was her first birthday on the 20th.

She has fitted in beautifully to our little family and she now has a forever home with us because she is like one of my own children. I love her to bits.  She goes swimming with Harley and Kimmie on the Moor most days or she goes in the river at our local park.  She loves playing with the kids and adores me and Steve.  I'm so glad I have her.

It is doing wonders for my MS as well because I now have the perfect excuse to get off my bum and go out for a walk, some days are harder than others but I get through it, for her.  I went to Queens Square yesterday and started my Interferon Rebif which I have to inject myself with three times a week but, despite my fear of needles, the nurses there have given me a really cool gadget which means I don't even have to see the needle and I can just barely feel it when it goes in.  It's so amazing what they can do now.  The Rebif is supposed to reduce my relapsing by 30% which is fairly good considering I have had three relapses in the past year. So fingers crossed it should work?

I am still crafting and will post some of my pictures up here soon, I just wanted to let you all know that I was still alive and (almost) kicking.

Take care peeps,

Hi guys and all fellow crafters
Apologies for not being around lately.

I have had several 'ups and downs' moments lately that have caused me immense stress so I have been trying to deal with that more than anything else on a 'one-thing-at-a-time' basis.

I've had work giving me grief about my MS.  A meeting at The Hospital for Neurology at Queens Square tomorrow that will inevitably lead to a trial drug period.  This will either make me worse or improve my condition.  So I have been worrying about those things mainly.

I had a lovely 'catch-up' with my friend Sandra last Saturday.  I drove quite a distance, which I haven't been able to do for a while but it was worth it. Not only to see Sandra but also I think to prove to myself that I can still do things like that.  As long as it's not a regular thing and I give my body plenty of time to recover it is definitely something I would do again as it was just lovely to feel 'normal' again.  We barely touched on my illness other than general enquiries and it was really nice to just step out of my box and just be me.

It's a shame really because, I have friends who haven't really been able to speak to me since I told them and that makes a bit sad.  At the end of the day, it's their problem, not mine... so why am I being punished? I'm still me, just a little bit wonky.

I have made loads of cards since my last post so bear with me and I will get them all uploaded to my laptop then onto my blog.

Thank you for your patience.
Love and hugs

Letraset AquaMarker x 12 (Set 1 & 2)

Hello fellow crafters

BOTH SETS HAVE NOW BEEN SOLD!!!
Thank you for your enquiries

Just been looking through my stash and I have these that I got for Christmas and I have never used them and sadly, have no desire to use them either. I just wondered (before I put them on eBay) if anyone 'crafty' wanted them???

Set 1

 Set 2

The RRP on Letraset's webpage (where my mother bought them) is £24.65 each.  So, I was thinking of asking for £22 each plus £2.00 p&p or £42.00 for both (free p&p).  They are brand new, I have literally only used them to draw a small line, in order to test them and make sure they are all working for the purpose of selling them. I would hate for me to sell them, as brand new, and then find that one of them doesn't work properly.

If you are interested in purchasing either or both, please contact me on moonstone1405@outlook.com with your mobile number and I will call you back, or just send me an email with your address and I will reply with my paypal account details.  If you prefer to pay by cheque, that's good too, although I will wait for the cheque to clear before posting them.  Please also bear in mind that there may be a small delay in them arriving to you as this weekend is the Easter weekend and there is almost always a delay because of the 'so-called' backlog.

If no one is interested then they will be going on eBay on Saturday so please let me know before then if you are.

Thank you for stopping by
Hugs, Fae xx
